Today, Microsoft begins testing its new Xbox Game Pass Standard subscription. Initially, only members of the Xbox Insider program can access this tier, with broader availability coming in the next few months.

The new subscription tier offers a library of Xbox games and access to multiplayer for paid games. Microsoft highlighted that certain games available on Xbox Game Pass Ultimate at launch will be added to the Standard library approximately a year later.
