EA Decides to Focus on The Sims 4 Updates

In a surprising move, Electronic Arts has opted not to release a new version of the popular game series, The Sims. Instead, they plan to continue enhancing The Sims 4 with updates and paid expansions, including a much-anticipated multiplayer mode. The company is also planning to partner with mod creators, allowing them to sell their creations in a dedicated store.
EA's decision stems from concerns that players have grown too attached to the current version and might be reluctant to start fresh with a new game.
