DOOM and DOOM II Updated with New Features
Hell gets an upgrade, literally.
Bethesda has released an enhanced version of the classic games DOOM and DOOM II. The latest update brings new levels, including *Legacy of Rust*, support for achievements, and modifications via an integrated browser. Additionally, the update includes modern fonts, high contrast mode, text-to-speech conversion, and translation into eight languages.
The update also introduces cross-platform multiplayer for up to 16 players and support for 4K resolution thanks to the KEX engine.
For owners of the original games, these enhancements are free. The enhanced versions are available on Xbox Series, Xbox One, PS5, PS4, Switch, PC, and via Game Pass.
