Activision Blizzard Lays Off Hundreds
More layoffs, same story.
Activision Blizzard is carrying out another round of layoffs, primarily affecting staff in their mobile divisions. By October 11, a total of 144 employees will be laid off, contributing to an overall reduction of about 400 employees. This group includes accountants, software engineers, artists, and other roles. Earlier this year, the company had already let go more than 1,550 staff members.
